By purchasing an intuitive consultation, you agree that your session is subject to your own interpretation and that any information you receive does not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business or financial advice. Choices and/or actions based on the content of your consultation are your responsibility. By purchasing a consultation, you also agree to not take the advice given in any reading in lieu of medical, legal, or professional advice. You further agree to not hold Pamela Singh liable for any information that is received during a reading. Any action you take as a consequence of this reading is solely your responsibility.

Session Confidentiality

There shall be no third party or public disclosure whether oral, written or via public, media, digital, blogs, posts and/or internet. Both parties agree that all topics and content discussed in a session are indeed private and confidential.

Cancellations & Refunds

You have 24 hours notice of cancellation due to an emergencies. I do not issue refunds. If there is a power outage or an emergency like a death in the family. We can obviously reschedule. All physical materials mailed on website, i.e – patches are sent via Canada Post with no tracking and Canada Post cannot guarantee that you will receive your item on item or for lost items. Because it’s just me mailing it out, I cannot track or issue refunds. If there is more than a 2 month delay. Please email me at hello@pamsingh.com to see
what I can do, but once the item is out of my hands and shipped to your address that you input. It is literally out of my hands when shipped.

Online Skype and Zoom Consultations

Once we have booked your session. Please update your app on your side so you can receive clear communication. Make sure you gave the correct username so we can add it prior. If you show up late to the session this is included in your time as we do not keep other clients waiting and there is a short window between bookings
